Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We generally do not provide refunds except in cases where required by law or at our sole discretion.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT OR IMPROVED JOB PROSPECTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HIREBOOST, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hireboost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
